Hear from one of our TTC'sRYT 200 training at Yoga Center for Healthy Living proved to be valuable to me in my personal life as well as receiving excellent guidance and training in preparation to become an instructor. The broad based curriculum included the study of adjusting and assisting each student's physical form as well as delving deeper in to the philosophy, anatomy, and history of the practice. A broad spectrum of required books enhanced our training as well as beginning our personal libraries. LeeAnn offered many opportunities to begin our journey as instructors and provided constructive feedback after each teaching experience. A close bond was formed with classmates who provided each other with a strong support system and the opportunity to learn from each other during our six months of training. Even if I never stepped on the mat as an instructor, the knowledge gleaned from training has become a part of my attitude, spirit, and lifestyle. - Diane Steeh * Contact studio for more info |
